Our rewards program allows you to receive 3% back on your purchases in-store or online when you join us. It is the most generous rewards program in our industry.
Your points are accumulated with every purchase on all our products (with some exceptions). 1-point equals $1 of purchase. In the end, for every $300 in purchases, you receive $10 in rebates that you can use on your next purchase.
The rebate is available when you have reached a minimum of 300 points ($10).
It’s easy! If you are already a Capucin member and have never shopped online, simply create your account HERE using the same email and phone number you use in-store.
If you are not a member, simply create your account HERE.
You need to create a member account (it’s free!) to collect your points and have access to discounts. If you have already made purchases in our stores, use the same email address given in-store to link your points already accumulated. The creation of the member account can be done directly on the payment page by clicking on the Login or Register button. Then, proceed with your purchase by clicking on the Continue Shopping button. In the shopping cart before the checkout page, you will see the number of points to be accumulated for your purchase. Once the purchase is made, you can check your account under the My Account tab. There you will find your points balance in the left column under “Rewards”.
To use your points on an online purchase, you need to log in to your account by clicking on the “Log in” or “My account” tab. You will be able to see your points balance and redeem them by clicking on the Apply button in the Rewards section. The discount will be automatically applied to your purchase. Please note that you must be logged into your account prior to check out and apply your qualifying points balance prior to check out as well.
Also note that rewards points are not applicable on items with a discount in effect.
Each year on March 31, Le Capucin will erase points from accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. Regular communications with our customers will let you know that your points are sleeping.
At any time, you can view your account and points balance on the website by logging into your account.
