4T's Ça y est presque herbal tea

A true wonder of nature, created with an expert blend of organic plants. This delicious infusion is specially designed for the end of your pregnancy, from the 37th week onwards, to help you prepare your body for labor and welcome your baby with peace of mind.

Infuse 2 teaspoons of “Ça y est presque” raspberry tea in a cup of water for 8 minutes. Drink as many times a day as you like, from the 37th week of pregnancy.

4T Birth Oil

Birth oil contains arnica, ideal for relieving muscular pain, and a blend of essential oils of Palmarosa, Clove, Chamomile, Laurel, Petitgrain and Italian Helichrysum. Each ingredient has been chosen for its beneficial properties during labor.

Use this oil in repeated massages on the lower and sides of the back and the inside of the wrists, or by olfactory means if necessary during labor.

Passage de Capucin

This Health Canada-approved homeopathic formula helps relieve symptoms before and after childbirth. Before delivery, it promotes uterine flexibility (for effective contractions), helps prevent false labor, tones the uterus and encourages dilation. After childbirth, it aids physical recovery by helping to reduce heavy bleeding and lessen trauma to muscular tissues. 

Take 6-8 sprays 1 to 3 times a day from 38 weeks of pregnancy.

As soon as contractions start, repeat every 15 to 60 minutes until symptoms improve, up to a maximum of 12 times a day.
