White Grapefruit essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve stress and nervous tension as well as to help relieve edema. It reduces the appearance of cellulite.

Grapefruit is a large tree native to Asia that produces fruit in clusters, hence the origin of its English name "grapefruit". The fruit is commonly called "grapefruit", but is botanically recognized as pomelo. The grapefruit is the largest of the citrus fruits, it has both a bitter and sweet taste.

Directions for Use

Topical (Adults):

• Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil ;
• Apply on the affected area, 3 times a day.

Inhalation (Nervous System):

• Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser.
• Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
