How to use Alterra Sili-Mer

Sili-Mer G5 should be taken 10 minutes before each meal. The last dose should be taken in the evening just before bedtime. Ideally keep it in the mouth for at least one minute before swallowing. The external application of Sili-Mer G5 on the area to be treated must be done at the same time as the oral intake of the liquid for a synergistic action.

Ingredients

Amount per dosage unit: Silicon, Methylsilanetriol LLR-G5 30 mg

Dosage

Take one teaspoon (5 ml), three times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take 5-10 minutes before each meal. The evening dose may be taken just before bedtime. Keep in mouth at least one minute before swallowing.

Intensive treatment:

For 10 days, 3 to 9 tablespoons (10 ml per tablespoon) per day in three doses or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Maintenance treatment

Maintenance treatment: 1 to 3 tablespoons (10 ml per tablespoon) per day in three doses or as directed by a health care practitioner.
