This coniferous tree from Eastern Canada produces an essential oil with properties very similar to those of Scots pine from European forests.
This essential oil is particularly recommended for bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma and other bronchial diseases.
Highly antiseptic, it can be used as a microdiffusion to disinfect rooms or patients' bedrooms, or as a massage oil, in the same way as fir essential oil.
Also opens the door to the joy of fraternity and friendship.
Its essential oil is especially anti-inflammatory and pectoral.
The Iroquois used it to prevent infectious lung diseases reported by settlers or due to colds.
The presence of terpenes: pinenes and alpha-pinene, bornyl and borneol acetates, and cadinene explain its effects.
The presence and use of white pine gives courage and helps overcome difficulties. It inspires confidence, strength and lightness.
Massage into the lung area in a mixture of white pine (20%) and black spruce (20%) diluted in an organic vegetable oil (olive, jojoba, almond, etc.).
Microdiffusion (using a Diffusaroma diffuser) will help disinfect the air and facilitate breathing.
Diluted in 90% vegetable oil, White Pine essential oil is antispasmodic and soothes tense or irritated muscles and nerves.
Keep out of reach of children, air, heat and light.
