Directions for use
5 capsules, twice a day.
Take 30 minutes before a meal or at bedtime with a little water

Organic Astragalus, Organic Oats, Organic Eleuthero, Organic St. John's Wort, Organic Nettle, Organic Echinacea angustifolia, Organic Dong quai, Organic Ginger; vegetable cellulose capsules

• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have a progressive systemic disease, autoimmune disease, acute infection, cancer or predisposition to cancer, if you are taking antihistamines, muscle relaxants or hormone replacement therapy.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and UV rays.
• Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or if you have high blood pressure.
• Do not use with prescription drugs, including oral contraceptives.
• May cause mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, restlessness, headache or breast pain. If hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use.
